Gresso LCC provides to its valued customers products that are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship from the date of original purchase (the "Warranty Period"). Gresso LCC takes all responsibilities to manufacture and transport cases as applicable for using.
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, Gresso LCC will exchange the product with a functionally equivalent new product. If the product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the returned product becomes Gresso’s property.
Limitations on Warranty
Our guarantee does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse or modification of the product. We are not responsible for your way of using our product.
If my device is dropped, does the Gresso warranty cover damage to my device and product?
It’s one of the most popular and great questions received from our customers. We would like to remember you our official policy: "All Gresso’s products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. Our guarantee does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse or modification of the product. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage to your device as a result of the use of any Gresso’s product."
You may return purchased items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We will replace any product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship. If your product is no longer being manufactured or is out of stock, we may replace your product with a similar or better product at our option. If you return your product within the first 30 days of purchase, you will receive a new replacement unit. You are responsible for shipping or transportation charges from you to Gresso LCC. We will pay the shipping costs to send you a replacement unit. You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. If you would like to receive the item more quickly, we are happy to do ship the item with an expedited service at your expense.
How do I file a warranty claim?
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please allow 3-5 business days for your claim to be processed.
