Director of Sales

Position Overview

 

The Director of Sales is responsible for the sales, marketing, staffing, and customer service for the entire operation of the region. 


Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Exceed the Company’s ambitious growth plans in terms of both revenue growth and profitability of sales
  • Ensure partner relationship is strengthened and grows
  • Lead account management and joint business planning
  • Prospect for new business through distribution partners and other contacts
  • Regular communication within the company and partners
  • Actively participate as a member of the Executive team in setting strategic goals for the company and driving successful completion of those goals
  • Provide leadership for a sales team providing direction that drives sustained global company growth in multiple markets
  • Drive development of new customers, markets and products to achieve targeted growth
  • Participate in the development of new product and project proposals
  • Create and manage annual and semi-annual sales forecasts and marketing budgets
  • Establish and implement short and long range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
  • Analyze, prepare and propose pricing actions to the CEO and follow- through with implementation
  • Lead the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, presentations, exhibits, and promotion programs
  • Identify key industry trade shows to promote Gresso products
  • Ability to prepare clear, concise and informative reports, correspondence and other written materials

National Sales Manager

Gresso is seeking a top-tier candidate for an Account Manager role. The position will be based in Miami, and will be responsible for building on existing business, as well as new account development. 

Job Description

  • Demonstrate top-notch communication and presentation skills with the ability to sell at all decision-making levels

Qualifications

  • Proven record of sales success
  • Preferably mobile accessories or similar industry sales experience
  • Must enjoy selling on the phone and working in a dynamic environment
  • Solid prospecting and cold calling abilities and excellent customer relationship skills, proactive at following up with prospective customers
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills * both verbal and written
  • Salesforce.com experience, a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
